Production Operator

Position Description

Perform production line operations and material handling in a manufacturing environment. Inspect components and finished products, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), maintain accurate production records, identify defective products, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities also include basic equipment troubleshooting, cleaning operations, and meeting production targets.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail and quality inspection.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or production line operations.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment handling.
• Ability to maintain accurate production documentation.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and willingness to follow cGMP/SOP requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience Required

Prior manufacturing, production, assembly, or material-handling experience is beneficial. Candidates must be willing to learn production procedures, meet production targets, and follow quality and safety standards.

Education Required

High school diploma or equivalent required.
