Client Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures at both clinic locations

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries efficiently

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and appointment schedules

- Provide information about services, treatments, and clinic policies to clients

- Process payments and handle billing transactions accurately

- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations

- Support clinic team members with administrative tasks as needed

- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency with computer systems and appointment scheduling software

- Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude

- Ability to work at both clinic locations as required

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional veterinary or medical office training is a plus
