We are seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents and threats. You will conduct vulnerability assessments, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will be critical in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and potential threats.
- Analyze security incidents and provide timely response and remediation.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into system designs.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
- Provide training and awareness programs for staff on security best practices.
- Prepare reports and documentation for security incidents and compliance audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience with security tools and technologies (SIEM, antivirus, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
