Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team at Merit House Rehab in Toledo, OH. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of licensed nurses and caregivers in providing exceptional patient care and services
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
Monitor and improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and staff performance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
Manage unit operations, including staffing, supplies, and inventory
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Requirements
Current RN licensure
2+ years of experience in a similar management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation
