Epic Training Manager

Job Description:
A healthcare company in Austin is seeking an experienced Epic Training Manager to lead and build its enterprise EHR training strategy. The organization recently went live with Epic on the ambulatory side and is continuing to expand its training function in preparation for future growth, including a major hospital go-live planned for 2030.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who has already built and managed Epic/EHR training programs at scale. The ideal candidate can immediately lead current training operations while developing the people, processes, curriculum, and strategy needed for a growing enterprise training organization.

Required Skills & Experience:
-5+ years of people management experience.
-Strong Epic Ambulatory experience.
-Previous experience leading enterprise-level EHR/Epic training programs.
-Experience building teams, recruiting trainers, and developing training programs.
-Demonstrated experience supporting major EHR implementations and/or go-lives.
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Ability and willingness to work primarily on-site in Austin, TX.
