Job Description
One of the premier healthcare organizations is seekingaWorkforce Management Report Developer to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation by developing and validating OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) reports and dashboards across HCM areas. Responsibilities:
- Develop OTBI, BIP, and FDI reports and dashboards across Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Build reporting for Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Absence Management.
- Partner with HR teams to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
- Support testing, validation, and post-go-live stabilization.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI, BIP, FDI, and SQL.
- Knowledge of payroll, overtime, shift differentials, and workforce reporting.
- Full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation experience.
- Healthcare or shift-based workforce experience preferred.
