Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

Assignment Type: Contract (2-3 months)

Pay: $26 - $30 / Hour (commensurate with experience)

Work Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday

About The Company: Our client is a well-regarded organization in the Washington, DC area looking for a dependable, sharp Senior Administrative Assistant. Job Description: This hybrid contract role (2-3 months) provides senior-level administrative support to leadership and internal teams. Core responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, invoice tracking, and helping organize internal meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own calendar management for senior leaders, including scheduling, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing competing requests
  • Provide broad administrative support across executives and cross-functional teams
  • Arrange travel logistics and related planning details
  • Track and process company invoices, keeping internal spreadsheets accurate and up to date
  • Follow up on invoice status and assist with financial administration tasks
  • Help plan and execute internal meetings and events, managing logistics start to finish

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in senior administrative or executive support roles
  • Demonstrated background in calendar management, scheduling, and office operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Concur expense reporting
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required; relevant experience considered
