Occupational Health RN needed for 30 hours per week to support facility in Cincinnati, OH. ...'...Providesfirstaidandemergencycareforoccupationalandnonoccupationalinjuriesandillnessestoassociateswithmedicalemergencies.Providesinitialassessmentofoccupationalinjuries,illnessesandexposuresandmaytreatorreferforfurtherevaluationasnecessaryinaccordancewithclinicalguidelines,protocolsandlicense.Assistsassociatesinidentifyingtheneedforseekingoutsidemedicalassistanceandtomeetphysicalandemotionalneeds.

• Plans,evaluatesandimplementshealthpromotionandeducationprogramsforassociateswhilerecognizingtheneedforcosteffectiveness.Developsaplanofnursingcarebasedonidentifiedneedsandproblems,andassistswiththedevelopmentofprimary,secondaryandtertiarypreventionandhealthpromotionstrategiestooptimizehealthandpreventinjuriesandillnesses.
• Identifies,sourcesandidentifiesqualifiedmedicalprofessionalstodeliverhealtheducationsessions.Coordinatescheduling,sessiontopicsandlearningobjectivesalignedwithcompanyhealthpriorities.Collectsfeedbackandmeasureseffectivenessofhealtheducationinitiatives.
• Assistsinthedevelopmentandadministrationoftheannualbudgetwithknowledgeofassociateandfacilityneeds,toincludeequipmentandsupplies.Responsiblefororderingallsuppliesandequipmentneeded.
• Contributestothedesignofhealthcontrolsandsurveillancerelativetoactualandpotentialhazardousconditionsintheworkplace.Providesoccupationalhealthsurveillancetestingasneeded,coordinatesonsiteAED/CPRtraining.Conductsworkplaceevaluations/ergonomicsassessments....'
