Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Electrical Helpers to support commercial electrical installation projects. This role involves assisting journeyman and master electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial environments such as office buildings, retail spaces, hospitals, schools, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with the installation of electrical wiring, conduit, panels, lighting, and devices
- Pull and organize wire and cable according to plans and job requirements
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and job-specific equipment safely and correctly
- Measure, cut, and bend conduit using hand tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; help with site preparation and cleanup
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints, layouts, and instructions from supervisors
- Support in testing electrical systems to ensure proper functioning
- Comply with all jobsite safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and PPE in good condition
Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in commercial electrical or construction work preferred
- Familiarity with electrical tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Basic understanding of safety practices
