Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of project accounting, construction accounting, or project financial management experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, financial controls, and project reporting
• Advanced Excel skills:
• XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
• INDEX/MATCH
• Pivot Tables
• Data analysis and reconciliations
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with Project Managers, Operations, and Finance leadership
• Experience with financial reporting, project reconciliations, and account analysis
