Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
This role involves answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, assisting customers, and maintaining accurate information and records. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, helpful service.
- Make outbound calls to customers as needed.
- Resolve questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update information in company systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with team members and other departments.
- Handle confidential customer information professionally.
