Location: Austin, TX (South)

Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $50000 – $55000 / Year

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Fully Onsite

About the Company

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established education organization in Austin to hire an Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional looking to take the next step in their career while gaining exposure to office operations, facilities coordination, and executive support. This role will be the hub of the corporate office, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while supporting leadership and multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate office, ensuring an organized, professional, and efficient work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming phone calls.
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support facilities needs by coordinating maintenance requests, vendors, and office logistics.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, employee records, and administrative HR support.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, office events, and special projects.
  • Partner with multiple departments and campuses to organize shipments, materials, and operational needs.
  • Assist with office moves, project coordination, and other operational initiatives.
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and support reporting as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and help ensure daily office operations run efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, office management, or office coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous positions.
