General Labor
Location: Springfield, OH
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable General Labor associates for a manufacturing facility in Springfield, Ohio. This position supports day-to-day production operations and may involve assembly, operating production equipment, handling materials, and completing other general manufacturing tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with general production and manufacturing duties
Assemble products and components according to specifications
Load, unload, and handle materials throughout the production area
Assist with press and punch operations as assigned
Operate basic production equipment after proper training
Inspect materials and finished products for quality
Perform additional general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Willingness to learn different production tasks and equipment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and work on your feet for the majority of the shift
Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions
Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
