Inventory Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking Inventory Technicians to support warehouse, logistics, and material handling operations within a growing data center environment. This role focuses on receiving, organizing, tracking, and moving critical IT equipment while assisting deployment teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, uncrate, and inspect incoming equipment

• Organize inventory and maintain accurate equipment tracking

• Move materials and equipment using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment

• Stage hardware for deployment teams

• Sort, bundle, label, and transport equipment throughout the facility

• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness

• Assist data center deployment teams during slower inventory periods

• Follow all inventory control and safety procedures

• Ensure proper handling of sensitive and high-value equipment

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or material handling

• Steel-toed boots required.

• Experience operating pallet jacks and moving equipment safely

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift and move hardware and equipment throughout the day

• Experience receiving and processing shipments

• Strong organization and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Data center experience

• Forklift certification

• Experience working with enterprise IT hardware

• Inventory management system experience

• Warehouse experience supporting technical operations

Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• Approximately 8-hour shifts
• Flexibility for overtime and weekends when business needs require
