What we’re looking for:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Previous experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
  • Ability to effectively follow treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct speech and language intervention services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Supporting data collection and documentation of student progress
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to integrate communication goals within the classroom
  • Preparing materials and organizing activities that advance student learning
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing insights to support student success
