Food Pack Machine Operator
Cincinnati OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
1st shift : 6am-2:30pm

What’s a typical day as Food Pack Machine Operator? You’ll be:
  • Operating semi-automatic machines to pack food products in shipping cartons, ensuring continuous line production using equipment such as Elopak, Evergreen, All Fill, Matrix, and Ishida/Yamato scales
  • Performing bulk product packaging and maintaining high personal output to enhance line efficiency
  • Accurately recording product traceability, critical control point data, and product weights to comply with SQF, FSMA, and NIST regulations
  • Adapting to customer-specific packaging specifications for both domestic and international shipments
  • Performing scheduled sanitation tasks as per the Master Sanitation Schedule
  • Recording labor hours against work orders for accurate product costing
  • Assisting with other duties as requested
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1-2 years of related experience or training in the food or beverage industry
  • Possess the ability to understand and implement GMP, SSOP, HACCP, FSMA, and SQF food safety standards
  • Have basic computer skills for food safety documentation tracking and labor reporting
  • Are eager to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
