Responsibilities includes but not limited to:- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations
- Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
- Manage daily food preparation and service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Manage station mise en place daily to ensure efficient service during peak dining hours.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation in alignment with brand standards
- Ensure kitchen safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with local health regulations
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with team members and ensure high productivity is a main focus
Requirements:- 2–4 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume, professional kitchen environment.
- Proven proficiency in various cooking techniques, including sauting, grilling, and knife skills.
- Excellent culinary skills with a creative and quality-focused mindset
- Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork and kitchen harmony.
