Are you an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager ready to lead a large-scale Data Center project from startup through commissioning?

We're hiring an experienced leader to oversee all phases of electrical construction on a high-profile mission-critical Data Center in West Texas. This is an opportunity to manage a complex, multi-million-dollar project while working alongside experienced construction professionals on one of the industry's fastest-growing markets.

What You Will Do

• Lead overall project execution from startup through turnover
• Manage project schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and subcontractors
• Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Lead project risk management, change management, and issue resolution
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved
• Oversee commissioning activities and project closeout

What You Bring

• 8+ years of electrical construction management experience
• Experience managing electrical construction projects exceeding $20M
• Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or EPC construction experience
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project controls
• Experience with forecasting, subcontractor management, and project execution
• Proven leadership, client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• PMP Certification
• Electrical Engineering degree
• Experience with large-scale electrical infrastructure projects
