A day in this role

You open the warehouse, scan inbound deliveries, and reconcile each receipt and packing slip to a PO before entering it in NetSuite. You walk the aisles, verifying bin locations and safety, then coordinate the morning pickupsloading and unloading trucks and confirming every shipment is accounted for. Midday, you run interval cycle counts, execute ERP warehouse and technician-truck transfers, and update sales, service, and purchasing on product availability. In the afternoon, you help assemble, paint, and test standardized Fuel Train SKUs, tidy shelves, and support a walkin sale. Before you close, you schedule a quarterly physical inventory, source a rush item from a local supplier, and check on facilities maintenance and site utilities.

What you’ll lead
  • Plan and coordinate parts purchasing with the Purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels for regional demand.
  • Oversee all fulfillment activitiesshipping, receiving, loading, and unloadingfor the assigned region.
  • Receive materials with PO validation and accurate ERP (NetSuite) entry of each receipt/packing slip.
  • Conduct interval cycle counts and manage comprehensive quarterly physical inventories.
  • Organize and quantify surplus inventory; ensure safe, compliant storage with precise ERP accountability.
  • Design shelving layout and product flow; maintain a clean, orderly shop and warehouse.
  • Keep Profire Technicians’ trucks stocked with required parts and perform electronic ERP Warehouse/Truck Transferslocal and instate.
  • Partner with Purchasing on vendor pricing for special projects; build strong relationships with local suppliers.
  • Source raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods locally as directed.
  • Communicate material availability and delivery timelines with Sales, Service, and Purchasing.
  • Manage ERP (NetSuite) transactions to release orders on time.
  • Maintain appropriate inventories of warehouse tools and equipment.
  • As directed by the Production Manager, assemble, paint, and test standardized Fuel Train SKUs for warehouse use.
  • Own the walkin sales process.
  • Oversee site maintenance, including:
    • Building/Facilities: janitorial services and maintenance
    • Yard upkeep and pest control
    • Security/alarm system
    • Utilities – TXU, City of Odessa, AT&T, etc.
What you bring
  • Handson warehouse experience across shipping, receiving, and fulfillment.
  • Working knowledge of inventory best practices, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
  • ERP proficiencyespecially NetSuiteand accurate data entry/transaction management.
  • Ability to load and unload trucks and orchestrate smooth warehouse flow.
  • Strong organization and housekeeping discipline.
  • Effective collaboration with Purchasing, Sales, Technicians, and vendors.
  • Skill in managing surplus stock, tools, equipment, and technician truck inventory.
  • Comfort with basic mechanical assembly, painting, and testing tasks.
  • Background supporting walkin sales.
  • Experience coordinating basic facility maintenance and outside contractors.
  • Clear communication and a customerfirst mindset.
