Receptionist / Payment & Collections

Russell Smith Auto is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking). reliable, honest, hardworking, and mature individual to join our team at our used car dealership.

Position Details

Full-Time 40+ hours per week

Starting Pay: $14–$18 per hour, depending on experience

Healthcare plan offered, PTO

Hours: 8:50 AM – 6:00 PM, or until the last customer leaves.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls
• Take customer vehicle payments and accurately record transactions
• Make light collection calls regarding past-due payments
• Handle routine office and clerical duties
• Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork
• Handle cash, checks, and other customer payments
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform other general office duties as needed

We have served many customers over the years, many are referred, as well as repeat customers. A Buy Here Pay Here dealership, we primarily provide in-house financing, with some cash vehicles. Our team is experienced in interacting with our customers with care and guide them in their used car buying journey and beyond.
