Partner with clinical and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and

defend existing accounts

Navigate hospital purchasing processes, including value analysis committee (VAC)

Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and account planning in CRM

Stay current on relevant clinical literature, competitive landscape, and procedural

techniques

Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and regional medical society

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of experience in medical device sales, clinical sales, or related field-based

hospital sales; new-to-industry candidates with strong clinical or surgical background

also considered

Demonstrated ability to build trust with physicians and clinical staff in high-stakes

environments

Comfort and composure observing or supporting live surgical/procedural cases,

including exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and OR/procedural protocols

Strong track record of quota attainment and territory growth

Ability to navigate complex hospital systems, including procurement, VAC, and

multiple stakeholder sign-off

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Willingness to travel extensively within territory (may include early-morning case

coverage and occasional overnight travel)

Bachelors degree required; clinical background (RN, surgical tech, CVT, etc.) a plus but

not required
