Corporate Expediting Manager

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $81.53hr - $86.53hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience with major commodities typically procured for Energy, Mining & Metals, Manufacturing & Technology, Infrastructure and Nuclear projects, recognized codes and standards, and manufacturing methods.
• Extensive project expediting experience with high degree of complexity, including preparation of detailed plans for uniquely designed systems.
• Experience in preparation of full scope workload and budget estimates for large-scale projects.
• Experience establishing project corrective actions to resolve significant impacts on project cost and schedule.
• Extensive experience providing guidance to PEX, AEX, Digital & Business Analytics Experts, and non-technical support staff.
• Extensive experience in leadership roles, data analytics, budget estimation, writing technical procedures, and problem solving.
• Extensive prior experience in expediting, supply chain, or other relevant management experience on Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide corporate direction for expediting practices, expectations, and standards across business units.
• Use expediting engagement to improve supplier accountability, delivery discipline, and recovery execution.
• Anticipate schedule threats, identify late-delivery trends, and drive early intervention before impacts occur.
• Convert supplier performance data, workload forecasts, and expediting metrics into clear business actions.
• Connect procurement, supplier quality, logistics, project controls, and project teams around shared delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate alignment and engagement across project expediting and project supplier quality teams to enhance efficiencies in supplier performance.
• Communicate risks, priorities, and recommendations to corporate leadership.
• Align AEX/PEX staffing, training, and competency development with project demand and supplier risk.
• Establish consistent processes, escalation paths, dashboards, and accountability mechanisms.
• Guide supplier recovery strategies, prioritize critical interventions, and support issue closure.
• Manage supplier commitments, purchase order terms, and project priorities affecting delivery leverage.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 18+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant industry experience in expediting, supply chain, or other relevant management activities.
