Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and inspection of materials and products.
• Record technical information, including dimensional, mechanical, and performance testing results.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, including drawing and specification review.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including customer sample submissions (PPAP, FAI, ISIR).
• Maintain and calibrate inspection and testing equipment.

Qualifications:

• Two-year degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years in a related field.
• Knowledge of PPAP and SPC charts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T and dimensional layouts.
• Proficient with metrology methods and inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of gage calibration and ISO 9001 / ISO 17025 standards.
• Strong computer skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
