Machine Operator - Bagger
Pay: $17.00/hour
Shift: 8AM–4PM, 4PM–12AM, 12AM–8AM -Rotation schedule required
Location: Houston, TX 77015
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator - Bagger in East Houston. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and monitor packaging machinery under supervision
- Manually load and unload materials, parts, and finished products
- Transport raw materials and finished goods within the plant using hand trucks
- Stack and handle bags weighing up to 50 lbs., with occasional handling of 100 lbs. bags
- Deliver production items to designated work stations for processing
- Pack products into containers for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety standards
- Stand, walk, and perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods
- Pull, climb, push, bend, squat, and reach overhead as required
- Assist with special projects and support team members in various production activities
- Comply with safety protocols and operational procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work mandatory overtime and rotation shifts
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of operating procedures
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass necessary background screenings
