Title: Financial Reporting Manager

Day-to-Day
- Lead cash flow preparation and analysis.
- Manage the XBRL processand ensure assignments are completed.
- Own portions of MD&A.
- Review assigned 10-Q and 10-K sections.
- Manage standalone GAAP financial statement compilations
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
- 8+ years of hands-on SEC financial reporting experience.
- 8+ years of financial analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
- Experience with specific 10-Q/10-K sections, accounting guidance, and formation of disclosures.
