Healthcare Customer Service Associate (In-Office)

Fusion CX is seeking compassionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Healthcare Customer Service Associates. In this role, you'll assist members by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims.
• Research and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience required.
• Medicare, healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
Flexible 8-hour shifts between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM
