Installer

Openwork is currently assisting a leading service provider in their search for an Appliance Installer for North West San Antonio.In this role, you will be responsible for installing and servicing commercial dish machines and dispensing systems at customer locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering quality service in a stable, growth-oriented environment.

• Installing commercial dish machines and dispensing equipment according to approved plans and customer specifications

• Completing machine setup including fit, water connections, chemical hookups, and operational adjustments

• Ensuring job sites are clean and equipment is fully tested before leaving customer premises

• Performing preventative maintenance on installed dish machines

• Removing competitor equipment as needed

• Inspecting and testing equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with local codes

• Participating in an on-call rotation and responding to service calls as requested

• Maintaining installation truck inventory, cleanliness, and safety standards

• Purchasing supplies and parts in accordance with company policy

• Preparing and testing equipment prior to arrival at installation sites

• Collecting customer payments and submitting accurate daily documentation

• Training assigned support personnel to become fully functional installers

• Supporting additional branch operations as needed

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently throughout the day

• Valid drivers license with a clean, insurable driving record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to safety standards and operating procedures

• Experience in installation, food service, hospitality, or service industries preferred

• $20.00 per hour

• Full-time, non-exempt position
