Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Silver Spring, MD (onsite)
Type: Contract-To-Hire
Pay: $18-19/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday8am-4pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet Clients and Visitors
• Answer and Direct Incoming Calls
• Assist with scheudaling appointments
• Gathering materials for meetings, and preparing meeting space,
• Maintain Records and Office Space (Scanning Documents, Printing Documents, Faxing, Filing, Ordering Supplies)
• Assist with data entry and creating reports
• Data Entry into portal
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail
• Assist team members with administrative tasks
• Any additional duties as necessary

Requirements:

• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 Years of work experience in a customer service or administrative capacity.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Phone Systems
• Extremely professional in Written and Verbal Communication
• Flexible with additional job duties
• Bilingual in English and Spanish - written and oral
