Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce parts and components according to established specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with precision equipment, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently according to production requirements.
• Load and unload materials and finished parts from CNC machinery.
• Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, drawings, and production instructions.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications.
• Identify and report machine, tooling, material, or quality issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping.
• Change tooling and make minor machine adjustments when required.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Meet established production, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
