Part Time AMF Pinspotter Mechanic

Eastern Lanes, located in Middletown, OH, is seeking a Part-Time AMF Pinspotter Mechanic to join our team. As an AMF Pinspotter Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our bowling equipment operates safely, efficiently, and consistently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on AMF pinspotters and related equipment.
• Responding quickly to lane calls to minimize downtime.
• Identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
• Documenting equipment problems and repairs accurately.
• Collaborating with the Head Mechanic and management to address recurring issues.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the equipment and work areas.

We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and thrives in a hands-on role. While experience with AMF pinspotters is preferred, it’s not required. Here are the qualifications we value:

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capability to work independently after training.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing safety.

This role involves physical activity, including but not limited to:

• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing.
• Working in confined mechanical areas and around moving equipment.
• Lifting and carrying tools, parts, and equipment.
• Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Working in areas with elevated noise levels.
