Technical Support Representative

Columbus, OH | $19/hr | Temp-to-Hire | 5 Openings

We're hiring Technical Support Representatives to provide phone and email support for customers and retail partners. Responsibilities include troubleshooting generators/equipment, resolving customer concerns, and delivering excellent customer service.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with mandatory OT during peak season.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to read manuals/schematics
  • Empathy and professionalism when handling difficult customer situations

Work Environment:

  • Average 70-100 customer contacts/cases daily
  • Utilize Contivio, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office
  • 3-screen workstation setup
