Springfield Country Club is looking for a dependable, energetic, and hospitality-minded Server Associate to join our Food & Beverage team!As a Server Associate, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our Members and their guests. You'll work closely with servers, back servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.What We're Looking ForThe Server Associate is an essential part of our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of a positive attitude, and is committed to providing an outstanding experience for our Members and their guests.The Ideal CandidatePrevious restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right personFriendly, professional, and positive attitudeStrong communication and teamwork skillsDependable and punctualAble to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentComfortable being on your feet for extended periodsTakes pride in keeping dining and service areas cleaned and organizedAble to anticipate the needs if the service teamComfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededResponsibilitiesAssist servers with delivering food and beverages to Members and their guestsClear and reset tables efficiently and according to Club standardsKeep dining rooms, service areas, and side stations clean, stocked, and organizedAssist with water service, bread service, and other table touchesRun food from the kitchen to the dining room promptly and accuratelyAssist servers with maintaining a smooth flow of serviceCommunicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management regarding Member needsHelp maintain cleanliness throughout the dining rooms and service areasFollow all Club policies, service standards, and safety proceduresProvide a friendly and professional presence throughout every shiftJob types: Part-timePay range: $5.50 per hour plus a 20% service charge on every check in the dining room or patio dining.
