Job Description:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in our team, supporting the healing and recovery of our patients.
About the Role:
As a LVN or RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing the physical, emotional, and social needs of each individual
You will administer medications, perform various treatments, and educate patients on their care and treatment plans
You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to our high standards of documentation and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Perform routine checks on patient equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal functioning and cleanliness
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to patient care planning and coordination
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to standards of documentation and confidentiality
Requirements:
Current LVN or RN license in the state of Texas

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
