As an academic leadership,coordinator, you will assist with calendar management, travel accommodations, event planning, andmeeting follow-ups. In addition, you will also play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of theacademic division by offering reliable logistical and administrative support that keeps daily functionsrunning efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travelarrangements
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and special projects
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Track deadlines, priorities, and followup tasks to support executive decisionmaking
Qualifications
Genuine passion for the mission and principles of UATX
Proven ability to manage complex logistics, including scheduling, coordination of highlevelmeetings, and event planning
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage professionally with diversestakeholders
An expert in diplomacy, comfortable being privy to and guarding sensitive information
Values honesty and direct feedback to ensure UATX embodies its core tenets and lives up to itspotential
