Salary: $90K-$130K (salary depends on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for our ground-up commercial construction projects. Cincinnati or throughout OH. s. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Projects range from $10M-$50 role typically. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up Commercial Construction
- Experience tackling projects ranging from $10M-$50M typically
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management techniques
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience with ground-up construction and design-build projects is desirable
