Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and delivering exceptional patient care? University Health is seeking a dynamic Clinic Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our specialized Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart & Valve, and Limb Salvage Clinics.

What You'll Do

As the Clinic Supervisor, you'll play a vital leadership role by:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of multiple specialty cardiovascular clinics.

  • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting nursing and clinic staff to promote teamwork, engagement, and professional growth.

  • Ensuring patients receive safe, efficient, and high-quality care while maintaining exceptional service standards.

  • Coordinating clinic workflows to maximize efficiency and enhance the patient experience.

  • Supporting University Health's mission, values, policies, and guest relations while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and operational success.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required (Magnet organization).

Experience

  • Three years of clinical or hospital nursing experience required.

  • Two years of nursing supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

Licensure & Certifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

  • Specialty certification preferred.
