Real Estate Showing Agent - Training & Mentorship Available

Looking for a real estate opportunity that keeps you in front of clients, builds your confidence, and helps you maximize your income?

As a Real Estate Showing Agent, you’ll work directly with motivated buyers, tour homes, and guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives. This role provides the hands-on, real-world experience you need to master the industry while building a lucrative, long-term career.

From day one, you won't have to figure out the business on your own. You’ll receive direct mentorship, ongoing coaching, and access to proven systems designed to keep you productive, focused, and closing deals. You'll spend your time showing properties, building client relationships, and adopting the exact habits top-producing agents use every day.

Compensation & Work Environment

  • First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

  • Commission-Based: Direct control over your earnings based on your performance.

  • Flexibility: In-office presence is not requiredremote and field-based agents are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Show properties to prospective buyers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of each home's features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring a positive buying experience.
  • Coordinate with listing agents to schedule property showings, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for clients.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about the local real estate market, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Assist clients in understanding the home buying process, offering guidance and support every step of the way.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilize company-provided tools and systems to track client interactions and manage your schedule effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple client needs and schedules.
  • Comfortable using technology and real estate software to track interactions and manage tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
