Maintenance

• Assist maintenance technicians with repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, carpentry, and equipment servicing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shops, storage rooms, and work areas.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to work locations.
• Inspect facilities and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Replace light bulbs, filters, and other routine maintenance items.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Support grounds maintenance activities, including landscaping and debris removal.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Complete assigned work orders and maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
