We are currently seekingIntelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactical Controllers (ITCs)to support operations inEl Paso, TX.This position is contingent on contractaward, with an expected start dateof October 1, 2026.This is afull-time, CONUSposition requiring an activeDoDTS/SCILevel clearance.
AsanIntelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactical Controllers (ITCs) you will have anopportunity to work at the operational center of ISR integrationdynamically directing multi-domain ISR assets, synchronizing intelligence collection, and supporting real-world operations in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. Unlike traditional ISR positions, this role emphasizes operational ISR Tactical Control rather than PED or imagery exploitation.
Dynamically task, control, andoptimizemulti-domain ISR assets tomaintainpersistent situational awareness across complex operational environments.
Execute cross cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets basedon emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time sensitive targets.
Assistwith daily operations center reporting and process to include assisting with thedevelopment of operational summaries, story boards,imagesand video capturing.
Education Requirements
ITCcourse graduate(service agnostic). Maintain certification by having performed as an ITC within the last 14 months.
Demonstrated atleast 2 years' experienceand capabilities within a military setting formanaging a multitude of tasks associated withbeing an ISR Tactical Controller.
Demonstrated experiencein controlling multiple ISR assetswithin CCMD airspace.
Experience supporting dynamic ISR collection management, cross-cueing, and sensor tasking.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of 24/7 operations.
Must have a current and activeDoDTop Secret/SCIsecurity clearance.
Candidates with the following qualifications will receive elevated consideration:
Previousexperience supporting USSOCOM, USNORTHCOM, Joint Task Forces, Special Mission Units (SMUs), or Joint Interagency organizations.
Experience coordinating multi-domain ISR operations involving airborne, maritime, and ground collection platforms.
Familiarity with intelligence collection management, ISR synchronization, and operational planning processes.
Familiarity with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze,Disseminate(F3EAD) targetingmethodology.
Experiencebriefingsenior military leadership on ISR operations, collection strategies, and operational recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability tooperateeffectively in high-tempo operational environments.
