ACCOUNTANT OR EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER USING QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP

We are looking for a General Ledger Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for other companiesusing Quick Books Desktop.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, payroll taxes, and other financial reports
• Download bank statements and credit card statements
• Reconcile bank statements and make journal entries for income, expenses and payroll.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience from an accounting firm or a real estate management firm.
• Must know debits and credits and be technologically inclined
• Experience with Quick Books desktop must requirement
• • Compensation is dependent on prior work experience
  • Do not apply if you can not handle completing 2-4 monthly clients in a day. Spreadsheet skills required
