Job Type:Full-Time
Pay Range: $35,000-$40,000 a yearplus opportunity for monthly bonuses
Schedule: Flexible availability required, including afternoons/evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the school and season.

This role leadsswiminstruction quality, instructor development, and daily aquatics operationsto ensure every child receives safe, consistent, and effective swim lessons.

WhatYou’llDo

Lead & Develop the Instructor Team– Hire, train, coach, and support aquatic teammates while conducting instructor assessments, providing real-time feedback, and leading in-servicetrainingsto ensure consistent, high-quality swim lessons.

Maintain Lesson Quality– Observe lessons and ensure instructors follow Aqua-Tots curriculum and safety standards.

Ensure Pool Safety & Operations– Maintain pool safety, cleanliness, and lesson quality whilemonitoringsafety protocols and incident reporting.

Support School Operations–Partner with the General Manager to support daily school operations,maintainfacility and brand standards, andassistwith operational needs across the school while ensuring the pool, deck, and surrounding areas meet Aqua-Tots safety expectations.

Support Scheduling & Coverage– Assist with instructor scheduling and ensure proper coverage to support daily operations.

Create Excellent Family Experiences– Build strong relationships with families, address aquatic-related concerns, and support student progression.

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Leadership, coaching, or aquatics experience preferred

• High school diploma or GEDrequired; bachelor’s degree preferred

• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license

• Open availability including evenings and weekends

• Strong communicationand team leadership skills

• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
