Litigation Legal Assistant
- MUST have experience ordering medical records
- MUST have experience working with Styles in Word
- Assist in the preparation of exhibit binders for depositions, trials, and hearings
- Maintain the case calendar and observe deadlines
- Uphold the standards of confidentiality at all times
- Prepare correspondence and pleadings, proofreading, redlining
