No roofing or sales background needed we'll teach you everything from spotting a bad shingle to closing the deal. What You'll Do

• Inspect roofs and give homeowners a straight answer on what's really going on up there

• Turn those findings into clear, accurate estimates and proposals

• Build real relationships with homeowners and property managers then close the deal

• Keep your pipeline warm with consistent, timely follow-up

• Explain roofing systems and materials in plain English, no jargon required

• Hand off cleanly to our production and installation crews

• Represent the company like the pro you're becoming

What You Bring

• 18 years of age or older

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• A willingness to learn prior roofing or sales experience helps, but isn't required

• Strong people skills and a knack for earning trust fast

• Self-motivation you own your schedule and your results

• Comfort working outdoors, including time on ladders and roofs
