Job Description:

Seeking aLicensed LVN/LPN professional responsible for delivering patient-centered care, including assessments, medication administration, vaccinations, phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and accurate EMR documentation. Requires Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER experience with strong clinical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a MinuteClinic setting.
• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments, and document care in EMR.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Support patient education, medication reviews, disease management, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license; license in good standing.
• 1+ year healthcare experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER experience required.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• EMR experience required; Epic preferred.
• Must be available for 3 weeks of training/orientation, followed by a rotating schedule of 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend, including some holidays.
