Warehouse Associate

Job Description

AtWork Personnel is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a fast-growing distribution company in South Austin. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays busy, and wants long-term growth in the warehouse/logistics field.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage inventory for outgoing orders
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials
• Perform inventory counts and restock items as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift if certified)
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Use scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and orders

Qualifications

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for entire shift
• Ability to perform repetitive movements
• Must follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation required
• Attention to detail and ability to follow order sheets accurately
