IT Help desk / Customer Support – Open to Recent Grads!
Location:Columbus, OH
Pay Rate:$23-25/hour
Contract: 6-12 months contract, possible to convert
Schedule: 24/7 environment (shift flexibility required)
We are seeking anIT Service Desk Agentto serve as thefirst point of contact for end users seeking IT supportvia phone and live chat. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in afast-paced technical environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about deliveringexcellent customer service.
- The IT Service Desk Agent will troubleshoot technical issues, resolve incidents efficiently, and document all interactions in the ticketing system while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–5 years of customer support experiencein a technical or service desk environment preferred
- Strongcustomer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability tomultitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshootenterprise software and hardware
- Experience supportingWindows-based systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts includingweekends, holidays, or overtime when required
