As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves satisfied. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations to maintain seamless service.
• Supervising, supporting, and motivating both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Addressing and resolving operational challenges and guest concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
• Upholding our high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
• Stepping in to support the team on the floor, including server and bar duties when needed.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a mix of experience, skills, and a can-do attitude. Here's what we're seeking:

• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant restaurant or management experience.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active for extended periods.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for thinking on your feet and making sound decisions.
• Self-Motivation: A proactive, take-charge attitude with a focus on results.
• Bonus Points: Prior experience as a server and/or bartender is a plus.
