In our Sales Support job youll be responsible for:- Mastering all communication related to customer order requisitions
- Assisting in providing top-level customer service to global clients
- Managing incoming customer requests via ERP/CRM, email, or phone
- Creating quote, proposal, and purchase order files for vendors
- Conducting reviews on all orders to ensure full customer satisfaction
What youll need:- Proven experience in International Logistics (REQUIRED)
- Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, email communication, and order management
- Excellent customer service skills with global accounts
Details:- Competitive pay rate: $25.00 $30.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
