What You’ll Do & Bring
As a Systems Administrator I, you'll help keep MyCHN’s technology infrastructure running smoothly, supporting staff with the tools and systems they need to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Maintain email services and user access
- Document, track, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
- Install, update, and maintain software applications
- Manage antivirus protection and system updates
- Support IT asset tracking and inventory management
- Assist with ongoing technology initiatives and projects
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in a professional or organizational environment
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic network support
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and system maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems or a willingness to learn
Preferred:
- A+ or Network+ Certification
- Healthcare industry experience
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
