Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and assist clients in English and Spanish
- Process payments and policy changes
- Issue ID cards, certificates, and endorsements
- Contact clients regarding renewals, documents, and missing signatures
- Follow up on NOCs, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Document all customer interactions in our management system
- Provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships with clients
Requirements- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Previous customer service experience (insurance preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning software systems
- Must be detail-oriented and reliable
- Insurance experience required (we will train the right candidate)
